Participants are entitled to receive all of TML’s future products and will be advised of availability through a members-only portal. It is the participants’ responsibility to order such products. Products/programs and subscriptions will be delivered or made available after participants opt to receive them.

TML reserves the right to modify, substitute, amend, edit, discontinue and/or replace programs and products from time-to-time. The manner of delivery may change from time-to-time.

Available TML programs, subscriptions and products will be made available as long as TML is in business. Any affiliated products or a product that TML does not own, are excluded.

TML’s Annual Wealth Summit, 77 Society, Money Mentor, live events, affiliate program including but not limited to The Midas Royalty and third-party products offered by TML or by third-parties are not included in the Legacy Award.

On the first anniversary of participation in the Legacy Award Program and annually thereafter, an administrative fee of $97 to cover shipping and handling will be assessed. If the fee is not paid, future program/product/subscription availability will be suspended until membership is renewed. Upon payment, future programs will be delivered as available but programs made available while a membership was frozen are forfeited unless delinquent payments are paid in full (excluding live services which cannot be retroactively delivered).

The grant which is an integral element of the Legacy Award Program, is for use in acquiring existing and future TML programs; the grant does not entitle the participants to a check and cannot be claimed for cash, cash equivalent under any circumstance. The value of the grant has been determined by TML based upon the current retail price for TML’s line of programs/products and subscriptions.
